Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for some details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Goods will ONLY be despatched to the cardholder's address in order to reduce fraud.

You have the RIGHT to CANCEL your order within 7 days of making it, OR within 7 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do wish to CANCEL your order you must advise us in writing by e-mail or fax so that we can arrange to have your payment returned to you and the goods returned to us if already despatched or delivered.

Goods to be returned to us must be in their original condition and sent in the original or secure packaging with the postage fully paid in order for a refund to be made. Refunds will be made within 30 days using the same method used for payment but will exclude the original delivery charges made at the time of the order unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

All major Credit/Debit cards are accepted and an option is given at the Checkout for you to choose your preferred card.

If you are shopping from outside the UK when you place your order your credit/debit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency when billing you.

We reserve the right to refuse orders for goods where we have reasonable cause to suppose that the transaction may not be lawful or takes unfair advantage of our trading terms.

Shipping And Handling Orders to destinations in the UK will be sent by First Class post. For other destinations orders will be sent by Air Mail.

Delivery Schedule We will normally deal with your order right away and aim to despatch your order to you within 7 working days subject to availability. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Bank and Public holidays. However please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back-order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges All orders, including shipping/delivery charges, will incur VAT at 17.50%, except those ordered from and dispatched to destinations outside the UK and EU. Some goods may be zero rated and this will be reflected at the Checkout.

Credit Card Security When using the WorldPay option your card details are entered on their fully secure site and cannot be accessed either by us or any other third party.
